Long Term Accommodation

There are a number of high-quality apartments around the city owned by the Clients for whom we perform Property Management services.

Some of these are in individual locations and others are in prestige developments.
All the apartments are completed to a very high standard and offer the discerning lessee an above average lifestyle. Some are available furnished and others may be furnished by the owner, subject to a long-term lease.

All apartments are sited in convenient locations for Prague’s excellent public transport system and most have a designated garage or parking space.

Although Alternative Reality is not a real-estate agent we are, of course, always ready to show available apartments to a prospective lessee.

As we act directly on behalf of the owner, no Lessee’s commission is payable if a rental is done by us.
