One of our Clients is currently constructing a very high quality residential property, for his own personal use, in a village a short distance to the south of Prague.

We have overseen the construction from the very inception of the project.

• On behalf of the Client we:
• Created the necessary “vehicle” s.r.o.
• Purchased the land
• Liaised with the local authority to obtain all relevant permits
• Had the construction plans prepared
• Negotiated the construction contract
• Negotiated a building loan from a major local Bank
• Liaised with the construction contractor throughout construction
• Made the “stage” payments

We have already overseen the reconstruction of a number of apartments in the City and we are also currently acting as the local representatives to:

• A consortium constructing luxury attic apartments in Prague 5
• A Client reconstructing an apartment in Prague 1
