Creation of a Czech Limited Liability Company (s.r.o.)

At the present time, a non-EU national may not purchase property in the Czech Republic in his own name.
To surmount this barrier, many of our Clients have created a “vehicle” company, incorporated here, through which a purchase can be made.
EU nationals, who who complete certain formalities (with which we can also assist), can purchase in their own name but, for Taxation reasons, some still prefer to go this route.

We understand all of the requirements and can create an s.r.o. with the minimum delay and at a considerable discount to those “off the shelf” companies offered elsewhere.
The slightly longer time-frame attached to tailored incorporation has no effect upon any transaction you may be contemplating.

Our service is total and can include provision of a Company Executive (Jednatel) and a Company Seat (Sidlo).

After consultation with you we prepare, on your behalf, all of the forms required for incorporation.
Once your signatures upon these have been Notarised (either in the Czech Republic or at a more convenient Czech Consular Office abroad) and returned to us together with the agreed Fee and the Statutory Deposit, we handle the entire process on your behalf.
This includes establishment of a local bank account for the company.

Our company lawyer verifies the correctness of all documentation prior to submission.
