Although alternative Reality is not a real-estate agent, there are occasions when certain of our Clients wish to divest themselves of an investment property and ask us to assist.
Also, where we are involved in assisting with construction projects, we can also assist both new and existing Clients with purchases they may wish to make there.

Our assistance can include any of the following:

• Creation of a “vehicle” s.r.o. – or helping an EU National fulfil “Residency Requirements”
• Introduction to a suitable lawyer
• Introduction to a Mortgage Provider
• Liaison with the construction contractor throughout construction

We are currently acting as the local representatives to a consortium constructing luxury attic apartments in Prague 5 and are also involved with a substantial development of new apartments in Prague 7
