Apartment Construction/Reconstruction

On behalf of our Clients, we have already overseen the reconstruction of a number of apartments in the City.

We handled all local aspects on behalf of the owner, including:

• Creation the necessary “vehicle” s.r.o.
• Purchase of the property
• Liaison with the local authority to obtain all relevant permits
• Preparation of the reconstruction plans
• Negotiation of the reconstruction contract
• Liaison with the various contractors throughout construction
• Making the “stage” payments

We are also currently acting as the local representatives to:

A Client reconstructing an apartment in Prague 1
