A large number of non-resident individuals have purchased property in the Czech Republic in recent years. Alternative Reality is already managing a considerable number of these.

We aim to tailor our Property Management services to precisely meet the requirements of each of our individual Clients and to price the package offered accordingly.
Our Service Portfolio can include any, or all, of the following:

• Provision of a Company Executive (Jednatel)
• Provision of a Company Seat (Sidlo)
• Provision of a Czech Mailing Address
• Mail collection and forwarding
• Management of the Property
• Tenant liaison and fault fixing in “emergency” scenarios
• Liaison with real-estate agencies for letting purposes
• Attendance at and Client representation during House Meetings (Spolecenstvi Vlastniku)
• Monitoring of rent payments and payment of local bills and Statutory payments
• Arranging the annual accounting and ensuring timely submission of Statutory Returns
